I’m encounter the same problem.

I have installed WP Affiliate Manager f.
Congratulations on your work!!!.
I have a problem with the registration form (affiliate-register).
Any Email address typing in the register form displays this message: Mail Address * is in us.
The registration page is not renewed.
The emails are sending normally and the user can be approved in the administrator system.

The problem is that: The registration page is not renewed and any Email address typing in the register form displays this message (Mail Address * is in us).

The emails we try does not correspond to registered users…

Please, let me know the solution for this problem.
