We are having a similar problem. I do see that the referrer ID is disappearing when navigation begins and the affiliate is receiving credit for “visits”, but not receiving any credit for sales.

We are using

Paid Memberships Pro (with the integration add on for Affiliate Manager) 1.7.15.2
WP Affiliate Manager 1.8.1
Paid Memberships Pro Integration for Affiliate Manager 1.0

Payment Gateway: Stripe

I though this was at first because we were testing in sandbox mode with PMP, but I went to live mode to eliminate this as a problem and it still is not giving credit for sales.

I verified in PMP that the sale is marked as “Success” and in the transaction I added the Affiliate ID (“1” in this case) to the transaction and updated. Still not seeing the sale credit being applied.
