After an affiliate logs in, they cannot access their account, but they are directed to a member-access-only page or an oops page if they are not a member.

I imagine they are supposed to be directed to the affiliate home page. How can I ensure this for them? I don’t want them to go to the wrong page and then have to manually type it in.

    Thank you kindly

Hi, just for testing purposes. Can you register an affiliate test account yourself. Then log in. Tell me what happens.

    Thank you

@cassiesun, The redirection may not work if another plugin tries to redirect to a different page.

Hello, and thank you so much for your reply. I registered a test account, and it sends me to a member-only-access page of my program. But if I manually go to the affiliate home page, I can then access the account. I would just like affiliates to log in and go straight to the affiliate home page without being directed to a random page and then manually directing themselves to the proper page. I believe it has to do with the member-only-access settings I have set. I have tried different things but am unable to change the page it directs to. I have contacted OptimizePress support and hopefully they will be able to help me. I will let you know.

    Thank you kindly

Hello! OP just asked me to remove all affiliate pages from the member-only access settings, and when that didn’t change anything, they asked me to contact you guys. Would you be willing to register as a test user at… https://thesunlitlife.com/advocate-home/ and then log in and see what you think? I would greatly appreciate it. What’s funny is that at one point it worked just fine and directed me to my account page, so I am confused as to what would have caused this redirection.

    So Much Appreciation

@cassiesun, It redirected me to https://thesunlitlife.com/portal/. If you have specified this URL in a plugin, that’s what’s causing the redirection.

We signed up for an account to test it. You can delete that account.
