Change function award_commission, customize commisions

Good morning, I would like to know how to change the commission applied to an affiliate, that is, I want to modify the award_commision function, depending on the product and the membership level (paid membership pro), I have 3 levels of membership and each one will apply a different commission. Can you help me how to do it
