ParticipantI got my first purchase through a commission today but it is not showing up as earning her anything (but does show-up as a purchase). Does it take a period of time before that happens, or any other ideas? Click and impressions are showing up.
I have enabled debug, but I’d like to see if there is anything else to easily troubleshoot?

KeymasterHi, It should appear as soon as the sale is processed. Which integration method are you using?
Enabling debug will reveal more information. But you should probably run some test purchases to make sure that the integration is working.
If you are confident that it was an affiliate sale you can manually add a commission record just for this transaction:

ParticipantI am having this same issue, but one thing I wasn’t clear on is whether I NEEDED to set up some extra integration. I’m running the sales through a tool called Zippy Courses, which I use to create e-courses, and the payment for sales just goes over to PayPal during the purchase/registration process. I just did a full test run myself using the affiliate links, and I see some Visits in Affiliate Statistics (had to be with my test clicks), but no purchases. The sale went through 100% fine as far as the sale itself is concerned, but no affiliate credit for the sale.
I’m guessing that it’s mandatory to use one of the integrations in order to capture the sale. And if it is, then is there one that can be used as part of a sales flow that doesn’t use WooCommerce or other common store plugins? Or am I out of luck?

Keymaster@fistbumpmedia, Affiliate commission will only be awarded if you use one of the e-commerce/membership plugins listed on our integration page:

ParticipantThanks, Shadow Labs! I’ve been through the documentation, but didn’t see where it told me that I needed to do one of those integrations. And that leads me to the other part of my question earlier, which I don’t see covered in the documentation either…

If it’s not going to work with my setup (using Zippy Courses), then is it possible to get a refund on the purchase?

KeymasterPlease use the contact form with your PayPal Email Address (the one that you used to purchase) and Transaction ID so we can process the refund for you.

ParticipantHello, I am also having an issue with the plugin recognizing the sale and awarding the commission. Except I have tried this via gravity form’s paypal integration AND purchased the WP Affiliate Manager Gravity Forms Paypal Integration to no avail. Any suggestions?

Keymaster@[email protected], We didn’t receive any contact form submission from you. I even checked the spam folder. I just manually sent an email to your registered email address. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
