How would it work, for indirect sells?

What I’m doing is wanting to set up affiliates to bring in people interested in a home equity loan or home equity line of credit alternative, equity sharing. It allows the home owner to have money from an investor, with no monthly payments or interest, until the house sells.

As such, the clients won’t be purchasing anything, as there aren’t any direct sells. Instead, the affiliate would be getting a flat fee, initially, of $100, once the investor and home owner have closed on the transaction; after the affiliate has provided 3 successful leads, I would upgrade them to a 1% of the loan reward. With the average home in the US being worth $217,000, and the lending averaging 17%–meaning the home owner gets an average of $36,890–the affiliate would average $368.90, per closed transaction.

Can WP Affilate Manager handle doing this sort of “indirect sells,” and if so, how? Will I have to manually do a lot of the back-room work?
