If order was cancle then what happen for affiliate commision ?

I try this plugin but i have some issue. can any one guide me about that.

1) is there any provision to set for which order status affiliate commission added to user account ? (Like Processing, Completed)
2) If the order was canceled mark then what happen with affiliate commission ? is it remove by automatically from affiliate user account ?
3) There was any provision that affiliate user can request for redeem his/her commission in his/her side ?
4) Main bug i got is in registration page state dropdown was fix only USA state showing.

Please read the following documentation to help you understand how the affiliate manager works in regards to deleting accounts. The following documentation talks about the duration of the cookies, which tracks affiliates referrals.

You have the option to manually pay a commission. Please read the following documentation.

That is not a bug, currently that is how the plugin is set up. You have the option to select Outside US.

1) First point explanation here,
In my system A User have Affiliate account.
Now A User send Affiliate link to his Friend B.
B was click on it and place order of Amount 500.
Currently they select cash on delivery method then order status was processing. Order not yet Completed ok

If User A Login in his account and see affiliate account the entry was 5000 commission show pending.
The commission amount only added his account after order status mark as Completed.

There was any option available ? because if order not completed how the commission was added in user account it was totally lose.

2) Not about cookies or delete account i talking. I will explain this.
Now we consider above example continue.
Let’s think order 5000 was completed and 10% Commission was added in A User Account. Now in some situation
We refund the amount to User B and mark refund the order status.
Now the question is order is Refunded so commission is void from A user Account. So this was available in module
or any provision to make it manually ?

3) Ya i will see it that there was manually commission pay option in admin side but what about user request ?
How User can request to admin to pay commission in account and which bank account details. There was no any option for bank details add.
or payment details added.

4) There was have any outside usa opiton but i do not need usa or any other country i only working for india country so
i need india and his state only. How i add it ?

@ashish, The plugin awards a commission to an affiliate when the order goes to a “processing” or completed” state.

Hi, I also would like to know, what @ashish asked. What if my affiliate partner tries to damage me by a trick. Affiliate asks a friend to make a fake order, x amount of my product. I give the pack to the post, set the order “complete”, affiliate gets the comission. Then the “customer” doesn’t sign the bill, and sends the pack back with the post. Do I have any possibility to cancel affiliate’s comission? If I don’t, it is such an easy way to rob someone who use WPAM.
