ParticipantNow when I do a test registration is says “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”
I followed the integration instructions precisely. Please advise what I should do. For now I’ll try to turn it off to get the registration page to work again.

ParticipantUpdate: turned it off. Registration page working again. Also, you may be interested in knowing that the infusionsoft page you reference in your tutorial for documentation no longer exists.
I do need this feature to function. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Have a beautiful day.

ModeratorHi,
Also, you may be interested in knowing that the infusionsoft page you reference in your tutorial for documentation no longer exists.
Can you provide a link to the above mentioned page so I know which page you are talking about.
Thank you

ParticipantHere is the context:
On this page: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/infusionsoft-affiliates-manager-plugin-integration/
Infusionsoft Tag ID
Infusionsoft tags help you divide your contact database into very specific lists so that you can send them relevant messages based on their relationship and interests.Read this tutorial from their site to learn how to create tags (if you don’t know already).
When your affiliates register for an account, they will be signed up to the Infusionsoft account with the Tag ID you specified in the settings.
The link that is broken is this :

ParticipantI am still unable to activate the integration without it breaking the registration page. Is there any chance you could call me and walk through it with me please? I think you have my email in my forum profile.

ParticipantI’ve double checked all the integration steps. Everything is how you said to set it up. As soon as I check the “enable infusionsoft integration” box and try to submit an affiliate registration I get the error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”
I did triple check the api key in infusionsoft as well.
