WP Password email not sent anymore

Hello,

we have an SMTP plugin running eversince (WP Mail SMTP) and the mail with the password isn’t sent anymore. Logfile (anonymized) reports the following:

[10/21/2020 2:36 PM] – SUCCESS : Sending an email to info@#######.###
[10/21/2020 2:36 PM] – SUCCESS : Email was sent successfully by WordPress
[10/21/2020 2:36 PM] – SUCCESS : Bewerbung Partnerprogramm – Vivoterra®
[10/21/2020 2:36 PM] – SUCCESS : Sending an email to s###.s####@####.##
[10/21/2020 2:36 PM] – SUCCESS : Email was sent successfully by WordPress
[10/21/2020 2:39 PM] – SUCCESS : Bewerbung Partnerprogramm für Vivoterra®
[10/21/2020 2:39 PM] – SUCCESS : Sending an email to s###.s####@####.##
[10/21/2020 2:39 PM] – SUCCESS : Email was sent successfully by WordPress

We tried it from a few different mail accounts. Do you have any idea or clue why this suddenly stops working?
