I apologize, I did not see the post about testing themes and plugins to see if there is a conflict.

I just did that.

It seems that W3 Total Cache, when activated, shows the extra registration forms and the Captcha.

And it seems that YOAST SEO, when activated, causes the error where the registration page reloads itself, and highlights the email box red.

This is still weird, because on my other website, I have both of these plugins activated, and WP Affiliate Manager runs with no issues at all
