Everything works beautifully. I’m not sure which plugin it was, but upon disabling all but this plugin and purging the cache it worked. The problem never resurfaced even after reactivating all the plugins that were running before. I did, however, remove some inactive plugins in the process, but I don’t see how they would have caused the problem. Who knows.

I do have the terms and conditions page active. It is located at https://hot-woods.com/affiliate-terms-and-conditions/, and this URL is used in the Terms and Conditions field in the Settings menu. I went ahead and performed the test, and the problem persists. I will, therefore, disable my other plugins and perform the test again. … I’ll get back to you soon.
