This is the following script I added for the redirect after successful submission, in the messages option

Yes, actually according to the client requirement, after the user fill out the affiliate registration form, the user need to get redirected to a thank you page, which obviously not possible with the affiliate plugin as they do not provide such option yet, so I make a redirect after the form successfully submitted to the thank-you page. But when I install the Google Captcha plugin, then the form is not getting submitted properly. It may be conflicting with the redirect I made after successful submission, but not sure about that. The redirect is simple script calling a location. But I assume it shouldn’t conflict with single line script which has to appear after successful submission of the form.

Please provide any suitable solution regarding the case or any alternate for that.

I want to send the affiliate link created for the affiliate to the admin through email? Please suggest the correct way or procedure to approach this? Also please make it sure is it possible or not?
