Ok I re-set the log file. I’m registering in a different browser with a gmail account. This is what the log file says, but I haven’t gotten an email to the email I registered with:

[02/12/2016 2:40 PM] – SUCCESS : New Affiliate Registration
[02/12/2016 2:40 PM] – SUCCESS : Sending an email to [email protected]
[02/12/2016 2:40 PM] – SUCCESS : Email was sent successfully by WordPress

Also, none of my affiliates are showing up as “approved” and I have the box checked to auto approve affiliates.
