Thank you, I appreciate this. I imagine one way of doing this would be setting affiliate commissions to not be active for “X” Days after earned, then after say 14 days (to link with returns terms and conditions) they will become immune from a refund reduction. If they are refunded in the “x” days it comes off the commission.

Yes I have woo commerce. I have a clothing store and lots of people order to try different sizes and then send back for a refund.

Is there anyway that when a refund is processed this is removed from the commission of that affiliate?

This does not resolve my issue. I had already read this. This advises to just do manual adjustments which does not do automatic payments from admin.
