ModeratorHi,
its it possible to award commissions only to orders that the status is marked as completed
If you are talking about WooCommerce pluin, unfortunately no. A commission is rewarded when a WooCommerce order is in the “processing” or “completed” state. If a commission is already rewarded when processing, the plugin will ignore it when it becomes completed.
Kind regards

ModeratorHi, your URL is wrong:
https://thesunlitlife.com/empowered-you/%20/empowered-you/. It should not have %20 in the URL. The %20 represents a space. If you eliminate the space, the your URL will becomehttps://thesunlitlife.com/empowered-you/empowered-you/.Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

ModeratorHi,
If there is a space in the URL, then this is probably what is causing the issue in your other support thread. The following documentation can help you.
https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliate-registration-and-login/
And secondly, is there a way to shorten the affiliate link?
Unfortunately there is no way to shorten the link.
Thank you

ModeratorHi,
I ran a test and the lead was add, however I have no way in MailChimp to tell that they are an affiliate and I don’t have a separate list for affiliates. I was hoping I could tell in the history or have the ability to add a tag to the user.
Have you thought of adding an affiliate list in your MailChimp account? This would help you.
