Can we come back to my problem? I still get no 3 new PAGES, when I install the plugin.
What could be solution?In some cases, there might be a conflict with a plugin or theme that might stop the plugin from creating the default pages needed. However the following documentation can help you.

Regarding your own documentation it does create 3 new sites after the installation.
The plugin creates 3 new pages, not 3 new sites.

There is no difference in the functionality between the free and paid version. You can purchase the premium version if you need technical support (where one of our support staff will login to your site to troubleshoot an issue related to the affiliates manager plugin).

We did disable auto-approval, so according to other threads, we shouldn’t be having this problem. Any ideas?
The affiliate must agree to the terms and conditions before they can register. If you have the “automatically approve a new affiliate” option enabled in the settings, newly registered affiliates won’t have to accept the terms and conditions.
Please carry out the following steps. First enable debug mode. Then carry out a registration test. Once you complete the registration, check the log file. Report back with any findings.
