Do you have the debug option enabled in the Affiliates Manager plugin? If not, please enable it so that you can monitor backend activities in the plugin.

I would also like to understand if once an affiliate link is sent the browsing user is assigned to the same affiliate throughout the site.

We haven’t heard of this exact issue before. It could happen if there is an error. Also depending on the cache you are using the plugin may not be able to retrieve the updated values from the database. So it will appear as if the options have not been updated.

Hi, We can’t confirm it unfortunately. You will need to test to see if the affiliate cookie (wpam_id) is correctly set using this method.

Hi, Our plugin won’t take into account the multicurrency setup. The commission will be calculated on the amount sent by WooCommerce.
