Whenever a payment is charged S2Member notifies the Affiliates Manager plugin. Affiliates manager receives the notification and awards commission to the affiliate who referred it. It can be a once off payment or recurring payment notification (affiliates manager doesn’t really need to know what type of payment it is).
Is there a plugin setting for when I want to pay out my affiliates? Or do I just mention it in the Terms of Service and maybe in my sign up page copy?

I want to pay affiliates a fixed amount per sale and I selected that option in the plugin settings. But I don’t understand where to specify the amount I want to pay (the bounty).
– There is a an option to select “Fixed Amount per sale” in the settings (Bounty Type). You can specify the amount in the “Bounty Rate (% of Sale)” field (Example: 25).
It’s possible. Some servers have various restrictions.
Affiliates manager calls the

But it depends on the mail server whether or not the email will be sent. The server that’s receiving the email might also mark it as spam based on the content. For example: unrecognised/spammy from email address, subject, body.
The plugin send emails whether or not auto approve option is enabled/disabled. I believe your server is failing to deliver those emails. Have you tried a SMTP plugin to send emails?
Thanks. We found a minor bug in the plugin which was preventing it from awarding commission in live mode. Please update the affiliates manager plugin and see how it goes.
Hi, Email body should contain the username and password since a WordPress user account is created with that email address. Are using an email account that already exists?
I will need to take a closer look at your site to investigate this issue. Could you send your wp-admin login credentials via contact form?
Hi, Do you have the “Automatically approve a new affiliate” option enabled in the Affiliates manager settings? If so, do you get a “success” message upon registration?
The user is created via WordPress. You can just send the login URL to your site where they will be able to reset the passwords. For example:

We added more debug messages for Easy Digital Downloads integration (there wasn’t enough). We also tested to make sure it works with the latest version of Easy Digital Downloads plugin. Can you please update the Affiliates Manager plugin and do another test purchase? It will be much easier to investigate the issue now.
