Keymaster@avawater, It’s up to you how you want to set up. I’m just explaining how the addon works.
Our plugin doesn’t allow multiple affiliate accounts with the same email address. So if an account already exists, the addon will not be able to create a new one.

Keymaster@tonio514, You can hardcode the amount. However, the “txn_id” has to be unique. So your script needs to generate a unique ID and call our plugin (with those parameters) so it can record a commission.

Keymaster@PatternTackle, There is no pending account option in the plugin. Once you approve an application a WordPress user account is automatically created for them. That means they should be able to log in to WordPress with their email and password.
Please check to see if you are using a plugin to customize user accounts in WordPress. Alternatively you can deactivate one plugin at a time to see which one is causing this issue.

Keymaster@frainone, A commission is only rewarded when the order is in a “processing” or “completed” state. No commission is rewarded if the order is pending.
