Delete this affiliate profile and create a new one. Do a test with the new affiliate. What happens with that?
Did you create the affiliate account using the fron-end registration form or from the admin dashboard side?
Also, you have the latest version of the affiliate plugin installed?
When you create the affiliate account from the admin side, you can specify the bounty rate for that affiliate account.
Please turn on the debug option in the plugin. Then do an affiliate referred test transaction and share the log file data so we can check it.

If you have the “Automatically approve a new affiliate” option enabled, then their account becomes active as soon as they register (no need for any approval). Do you have that option checked in the settings?
I couldn’t find the affiliates manager plugin on your site so couldn’t apply the integration code. I have emailed you about it.
