This usually happens when another plugin or theme or customization on the site has some JavaScript errors and then that is having a cascading errors and creating unexpected errors that you are seeing. Our plugin doesn’t have any JavaScript errors. You can do the following conflict test to identify the source:
Test for Plugin and Theme Conflict Before Posting an Issue or a Bug
adminKeymasterIf you are using with WooCommerce then the payment status needs to be “processing” or “completed” for our plugin to process the commission.
You can enable the debug logging feature in the plugin to see if our plugin is receiving the payment notification and what the payment status is.
adminKeymasterSome of the texts can only be customized by customizing the language file. The language file is what shows the user visible texts.
The text you are wanting to customize comes from the language file. That language customization documentation shared with your earlier explains how you can customize your copy of the language.
If that won’t work for you then you need to find a different plugin and use that.
adminKeymasterCan you please copy and paste the exact text that you are trying to customize so we can take a look and see if we offer some kind of option to customize it?
adminKeymasterIf you just hit the unsubscribe link, it will change to “subscribe” which means you have unsubscribed (It is like a toggle).
adminKeymasterWe have resent the download link to you. If you still don’t receive it, please fill out the premium support form so I can take a look.
adminKeymasterIt shows the thumbnail when you click on the creative name and view the creative.
The creative listings has a two column layout where it shows the “Type” and “Name”. Showing an image there breaks the layout as the text type doesn’t have any image. When you click on it to view the creative, then it can show all the details specific to that creative.
adminKeymasterI feel that there maybe some misunderstandings here. I will try to clarify some of the things in this post.
You don’t pay commissions by looking at a notification email. I am not sure what you are talking about there. On a normal site where you get multiple sales everyday, you won’t be able to keep track by looking at an email. That just wouldn’t be a good system.
There is a proper system in the plugin that tracks all the commissions and lets the admin see ALL the sales that are coming in via affiliate referrals. The admin can view all the commissions in the “Commissions” menu of the plugin. You can log into the site and go to that menu whenever you want to check the affiliate referrals that are coming in.
Regarding the affiliate payout, please read the following documentation that explains how the payout works:
If you fully read that carefully, it will make a lot of sense as to how an affiliate system works
Your affiliates can also log into their affiliate portal and view the referrals, sales and payouts. There is an option in the settings that you can enable to notify the affiliates when a sale comes in via their referral link.

October 10, 2017 at 7:25 am in reply to: Simple Membership integration: deduct commissions from membership fees #3013adminKeymasteroh I see what you mean. No, you can’t do that. Affiliate commissions are accumulated over time then paid out at the end of the month or so (you decide what your payout schedule is). This is the standard practice. It allows the site admin to go through all the commissions to see if any affiliate is doing any funny business and take care of things (if need be). You can also add a delay of couple of weeks before paying the commissions out so refunds can be accounted for (if needed). All the top sites in the world follow this same model. We are not interested in changing that model as it is already proven to be the best option.

October 10, 2017 at 6:23 am in reply to: Simple Membership integration: auto-register all new members as affiliates? #3006adminKeymasterWe will look into adding a feature for this in the future.
adminKeymasterThat should be customizable via the langauge file. I think the language POT file needs a refresh/update. We will try to do that in the next version of the plugin.
adminKeymasterPlease upgrade to the latest version then do a test.
