It is saying that the commission is tracked. If you go to the affiliates dashboard, you don’t see that commission?
adminKeymasterThis redirection you are seeing is coming from another plugin on your site. So compare the plugins you have between the test site and the production site.
adminKeymasterWe will work on adding an integration with the simple membership plugin.
adminKeymasterYeah you can pay via bank transfer if you want. We don’t have a field to collect the bank details from the user though. It is something we will look into adding in the future maybe.
adminKeymasterWe don’t see any issue with that settings menu. Do you have a conflict with the theme?
adminKeymasterHi, I sent you the addon again via email. You can install that addon on all your sites.
adminKeymasterWhich version of the plugin are you using? Are you using any of our other WooCommerce addons?
adminKeymasterYes
adminKeymasterI want to confirm your affiliates manager plugin version. Are you using the latest version (as of now it is v1.9.5)?
adminKeymasterWhat do you mean by “receive commissions through coupons referrals”? Have you read the description of the addon from here?
https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/tracking-affiliate-commission-using-woocommerce-coupons-or-discount-codes/adminKeymasterDo you have the auto affiliate account approval feature enabled in the settings menu of the plugin?
What version of the affiliate manager plugin are you using?
adminKeymasterThe plugin only gives commission after the member pays for their membership. So it doesn’t generate any commission for free test membership.
Also, you decided when you payout your affiliates. Most merchants will delay the payment of any commissions by about a month. So you will pay all the commissions from January in the month of March (or whatever else that works for you). You make this clear to your affiliates terms and conditions. So your affiliates will know about it when they sign up.
adminKeymasterIt is best to use a domain email as the “From Email” address value. Otherwise some email clients will reject the message when it comes from a domain but has a personal from email address value.
adminKeymasterI think it went to your spam box. I have just sent you another download link for the plugin.
adminKeymasterWe have added an option to add the Google Recaptcha on your affiliate registration form:
