ModeratorHi,
before they even log in and accept the terms and conditions.
That only applies to manually created affiliates not affiliates that register via the registration form. They must agree to the terms and condition or else the plugin does not approve them.
Are you manually creating your affiliates?

ModeratorHi, it all looks good to me. Okay, lets try something different. Do you have the Jetpack plugin running in your site? If you do, can you disable it then try a test? Let me know what happens.
Thank you

ModeratorHi, your pages and URL looks good to me. Now the question is, how about the shortcode in each page? Can you check to make sure they are correct as per the documentation I shared above.
Thank you

ModeratorHi, I just carried out a test in my dev site. When I log in as an affiliate I end up on the Store Affiliates page in /affiliate-home/.
Please check the following documentation to make sure the plugins pages are set up correctly.
Thank you

ModeratorHi, please check the following documentation. This will help you check to make sure all pages created by our plugin are correct and they have the correct shortcodes.
Can you also share the URL to your site?
Thank you

ModeratorHi, I don’t think this would work the way you want. In order to achieve what you are trying to do, you would have to add both shortcodes in the /affiliate-home/ page. That means that when someone lands in /affiliate-home/ page they would see the login and register links plus the login form all in the one page. If that was the case the login link would be redundant.
If the above is not what you are trying to achieve, can you provide more information.
Kind regards

ModeratorHi,
1) If someone promotes their affiliate link and makes a sale before accepting the terms & conditions within WordPress, do they still get credit when they eventually login and accept the terms?
Is this via a different payment gateway instead of PayPal? Or are you singing them manually? Can you provide more information.
2) If someone places an order then cancels it, would that be removed from the commission?
They will not get a commission if the order has a zero value.

ModeratorHi, I tested the following code and it took me to your website without any issues.
<a href="https://www.bluelabelle.co.uk/shop?wpam_id=115"><img src="https://www.bluelabelle.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/BL-sidebar-image-a.jpg" style="border: 0;" title="Shop Now at Blue Labelle"/></a>So I can confirm that the code works for me. As I mentioned this is unique to her site unfortunately.
Let me know if you need me to do more testing for you.
Kind regards

ModeratorHi,
Could it be that it’s jpeg and not png?
I am not sure if the image format has anything to do with this issue. This could be just a one of issue with this image. Maybe it was the browser playing up or a cache.
Kind regards

ModeratorHi,
Do you have any ideas as to why it wouldn’t work on her site? It obviously worked pasting it here! The alt text shows, but no image, just the broken jpeg symbol.
It might be related to a cache issue. Ask her if she is running a cache plugin in her site? Also find out if her site is up to date. This is not a simple issue to resolve without more information about her site settings.
Kind regards
