I am not sure if this would work. I have never tested something like this before. However you are most welcome to try and use two different affiliate plugins. Let me know how you go.

I tested the registration page for one of my dev sites and it is responsive. Is your theme a responsive theme? Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen? This will confirm if your theme is responsive or not.

Hi, can you enable Debug mode under Settings -> General tab. Then carry out a test, once completed the test, can you check the log file.

Hi, can you provide more information please. For example: Are they receiving any error messages when they try to login? Have you carried out a test yourself by creating a test registration and then trying to log in?

However we do have a WooCommerce addon that support this.
