ModeratorHi, unfortunately we don’t have this type of feature in our plugin. Your best option is to install a country blocking plugin in your site. This will allow you to block any country you don’t want access to your registration page.
Let me know if the above helps you.
Kind regards

ModeratorHi, in your case I think the best option for you is to use a different e-mail account for testing. For example: do you have a hotmail account or a domain name e-mail account you can use for testing?
This will confirm to you if it is your gmail account settings that is causing this issue for you. Another alternative option is to use the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/. This helps many running into issues like yours.
Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

ModeratorHi Sarah,
Can you make sure the following option Send Notifications to Admin is checked under Messaging tab?
If it is already checked, then make sure your e-mails are not landing in your spam box.
Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

ModeratorHi,
And that’s where it’s gone wrong…I can’t access the affiliate dashboard as a user – I think I changed the default
Please check the following documentation.

nor is there a place to logout as a regular WordPress user. Help please!
Once they log into their affiliate account they will see a log out link in the horizontal bar plus their WordPress login on the top right hand corner of the browser has a log out link in the drop down menu.
Let me know if this helps you.

ModeratorHi, I think I know what the confusion is all about.
You are trying to edit the words From: and Subject:, which are not part of our plugin. These words are part of the e-mail client software you are using. You might be using Outlook, Mail or other.
Let me know if the above makes sense.
Kind regards

ModeratorHi,
Go to Affiliates -> Settings -> General tab, what have you entered in the following field Email name? If you leave this field blank the following e-mail name WordPress <wordpress@[sitename].com> will be included in the e-mail received by your new affiliates.
You can override the name & address with something more suitable for your site. These addresses will only affect emails going to affiliates regarding their approval status.
Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

ModeratorHi, unfortunately that feature is currently not available in our plugin.

ModeratorHi,
The plugin can’t reward commission if the sale amount is zero. You also need to click on an affiliate link and make the purchase in order for the commission to be tracked. Please make sure to keep the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings so you can the check the progress of an affiliate sale.
Does the above apply to your current situation?

ModeratorHi,
This is still weird, because on my other website, I have both of these plugins activated, and WP Affiliate Manager runs with no issues at all
What is the difference between the site that works and the site the does not work? Also, are both sites running in the same server?
Thank you
