KeymasterHi, Unfortunately, that’s not possible at the moment.

Keymaster@Mathew, this is happening because you are trying to create an affiliate account when you are logged in as a WordPress user. There is no need to create new credentials for an existing WordPress user account.

KeymasterWooCommerce integration is built into the core affiliates manager plugin. So in order to get a commission, an affiliate just needs to send customers to your site using this method:
Which affiliate link are you using to run a test affiliate purchase?

KeymasterHi, Which integration option are you using?

KeymasterHi, If an affiliate logs in they should be automatically redirected to the affiliate homepage. Do you have a test affiliate account that we can use to check the issue? If so please share the credentials and the login page URL via our contact form.

Some integration options are built into the core affiliates manager plugin and some come as add-ons. So I need to know exactly which one you are using so I can answer your question.

KeymasterHi, If you use PayPal MassPay your affiliates should automatically receive an email from PayPal.

Keymaster@raw, When an affiliate signs up, a WordPress user account is automatically created. That means the password is automatically created by WordPress and sent via email. However, once they log in to their dashboard they will be able to change it.

Keymaster@raw, Thanks. It looks like emails are being sent by WordPress without any error. So the issue lies in your web server. Please install an SMTP plugin to send the email and see how it goes.
