KeymasterHi, Do you have the debug option enabled in the settings? If not please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings and check the log file after an affiliate signup.

KeymasterHi, It’s not possible to do this automatically. However, what you can do is manually edit an affiliate’s profile and change the commission rate once the first payment is processed.

Keymaster@jcfromkc, Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

KeymasterHi, When a user registers to be an affiliate, a WordPress user account is created for it. So if paid memberships pro offers the same functionality, a member should also be able to sign up to be an affiliate.

KeymasterHi, It’s possible but we will have to disable the WooCommerce integration code in the affiliates manager plugin.

Keymaster@joellegend, Which integration option are you using?

KeymasterIt looks like the plugin initially created the terms and conditions page here:
https://wpstrands.com/terms-and-conditions/But then you applied a redirection to go here:
https://wpstrands.com/affiliate-home/terms-and-conditions/, without updating the URL in the page settings. So affiliates manager thinks the terms and conditions page is here:
https://wpstrands.com/terms-and-conditions/. And when It requests WordPress to get the unique ID for this page:https://wpstrands.com/terms-and-conditions/, WordPress is simply not being able to find that page.Updating the terms and conditions page URL in the settings fixed this issue.

KeymasterHi, You can approve an affiliate account in the My Affiliates menu (Affiliates > My Affiliates > View).

Keymaster@scraperfect, That’s not our addon. You need to download and install the addon from this page:

KeymasterHi, Our plugin doesn’t show this message. It must be coming from your web server. There must be something configured incorrectly which is causing this issue.

Keymaster@jgaureo, WordPress is extensible. Any plugin can override the default WordPress login functionality with action hooks/filters. If Paid Memberships Pro has a filter to automatically redirect every user (who logs into your site) to a particular page, there is nothing our plugin can do. We have tried to design our login process the best way possible – Redirect a user to the affiliate homepage only when they log in from the affiliate login page. We don’t apply any global redirection that can conflict with another plugin or break its functionality.

Keymaster@jgaureo, This is not an issue in the plugin. This happens when you have a plugin that automatically redirects the user to a different page. We let WordPress handle the login process. That means any plugin can override the functionality with action hooks/filters. You just need to find out which plugin is doing this by deactivating one plugin at a time.
