We have built-in integration with WooCommerce. So when a transaction happens the plugin will receive notification from WooCommerce and process a commission for it. Please note that the commission will only get processed if the transaction is in a “processing” or “completed” state.

Hi, The error message actually explains what the issue is. PayPal MassPay is a PayPal API that allows you to send payments to multiple recipients. If it’s not supported in your PayPal merchant account, the plugin can’t really do anything about it.
@clairet, What happens if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (example: Twenty 17 / 16)?

It’s not possible because coupon/discount is controlled by WooCommerce. We cannot prevent WooCommerce from applying a coupon code if a customer is referred by an affiliate.
Thanks. We have built-in integration with WooCommerce and the commission is calculated on the sale amount (the amount without tax, shipping, and discount).
@Ben, In order to award commission to an affiliate, you need to use one of our supported integration options.
