Hi, The plugin is supposed to redirect you to the affiliate homepage. You may have some other plugin installed that is automatically redirecting you to the homepage of your site. Please deactivate one plugin at a time to see which one is causing this issue.

Hi, That’s not earnings. It’s the amount that will be credited to the affiliate when they make a sale. In your case, it’s set to 40%. We will troubleshoot this issue via email since you sent a contact form request.

Thanks. In our WooCommerce integration, the plugin only calculates commission on the sale amount (without shipping, tax, fees).

Hi, Affiliates manager doesn’t really check whether or not your membership plugin is running in test mode. As long as it receives notification of a payment from the simple membership plugin it should be able to award commission for it.
Hi, An affiliate account has the same capability as a “subscriber”. Unfortunately, That role doesn’t have a big purpose yet. We are just creating it so it’s easier for you to identify which users are affiliates in the WordPress Users menu.
All the email templates are working fine as far as we are concerned. Please use the contact form to get in touch so we can investigate this issue on your site.
It shows the same terms and conditions when an affiliate logs into the dashboard upon confirmation. Are you trying to change the message or this whole process of agreeing to the terms and choosing a payment method? If it’s the latter this cannot be changed unfortunately (this is how the manual affiliate approval works in our plugin).
