KeymasterHi, That’s a little weird. I just tested on our development site with those exact four fields. The registration worked fine. Did you add any new field other than simply disabling the other ones?
Can you please test this on a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty 16, 15 or 14)? All you need to do is just temporarily switch to one of these themes and test the registration process. If it still doesn’t work please start deactivating one plugin at a time and see if it makes any difference.

KeymasterHi, Regarding your questions:
1) No
2) No
3) PayPal MassPay is just one option. There is also a manual payout option that you can use.

KeymasterHi, Discount is actually a shopping cart feature. Our plugin doesn’t directly process the sale. It needs to be handled by an e-commerce plugin. Our plugin simply integrates with an e-commerce plugin so it can track commission data when a new sale comes in.

KeymasterIt should work as long as the language of your site is set to “French” in the General settings.

KeymasterYes. This shortcode renders the content of the affiliate homepage. It should be there by default. Did you remove it when you edited the page?

KeymasterDo you have this shortcode in the content area?

KeymasterThank You. It looks like you have customized the Affiliate homepage message for logged in user. What you see when you are not logged in is fine. But the one that it shows once are you are logged in is not what the plugin displays by default.
Where is this content coming from?
“Voici la page d’accueil pour les affiliés de ce site.

KeymasterCan you please share the test affiliate account details so I can check the affiliate homepage? Please also provide the actual links instead of example.com

KeymasterHi, You are trying to access the admin dashboard as an affiliate. You will need to be logged in as admin in a different browser in order to check it. Alternatively, you can log out and log back in using your admin account.
Each affiliate is associated with a WordPress user account. So when you login as an affiliate you are actually logged in as a WordPress user. The plugin doesn’t allow affiliate WordPress user to see anything but their WordPress profile in the admin dashboard.

Keymaster@DMDF161948, This is not really an issue in the plugin. Please enable debug in the settings and do a test signup afterwards to see if the email was successfully sent by the plugin:

KeymasterThere are two things here. Click tracking and sale tracking. Click tracking feature is built into the plugin. However, Affiliates Manager can’t award commission unless you use an e-commerce plugin to process the sale. It also needs to be a plugin that we offer integration with:
If you use WooCommerce you don’t have do any additional setup. This integration is built into the plugin:
When a commission is recorded it will appear under the “Commissions” menu. You will also see a purchase record under the affiliate profile who referred the sale.
If the commission is not getting tracked, please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings and do a test transaction afterwards so we can investigate this issue.
Is “WooCommerce for product management” an extension or are you referring to the core WooCommerce plugin?
Shadow Labs
Keymaster@Ashley, Do you have the debug option enabled?
