KeymasterTry deactivating one plugin at a time temporarily to see which one is causing this issue. Start with the membership/ecommerce/user management type plugin first.

KeymasterHi, Please provide the following links so I can investigate this issue:
1) Link to your Store Affiliate page
2) Link to your Affiliate login page
3) Your test affiliate account username and passwordSeptember 19, 2016 at 2:40 am in reply to: Affiliate Link to Follow up When a Product Completely Purchased #2218Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, Which integration option are you using?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterYou can edit all other messages in the “messaging” tab (Affiliates -> Settings -> Messaging). As for the homepage message, you can customize it using this method.
How to Customize Various Text Messages Displayed by Affiliates Manager
We haven’t added a setting for this because we believe it’s not as important as the other one. Usually your website visitors (who are interested to become affiliates) will only see the non-logged in message (which can already be customised in the settings). Once they sign up a WordPress user account will also be created. That means they won’t see the logged-in message anymore. The logged-in message is displayed when it’s a WordPress user but not an affiliate.

KeymasterThanks. There are some kind of issues here. When I click on the login button it does something dynamically via ajax. When I then go back to the login page it doesn’t show that I’m logged in. After a couple of refresh it shows that I’m logged in. But the homepage still shows the normal message. That means the plugin is not recognising that I’m logged in.
Can you please switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g Twenty 16) to see if this issue persists?

KeymasterHi, Do you have a test affiliate account that I can use to investigate this issue?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, Do you have any other membership/user management plugin installed? Please provide a link to your registration page so I can take a closer look.

KeymasterThe plugin already listens to a hook triggered by WooCommere when a new order is received. So you will need to make the customisation in our WooCommerce integration code.

KeymasterHi, Unfortunately this option is not available at the moment.

KeymasterHi, This is not really an issue on the plugin side:

KeymasterHi, Unfortunately this feature is not available in our plugin. Which e-commerce plugin are you using to process the sales? Do we offer integration with it?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, Unfortunately, It’s not possible at the moment.

KeymasterSo it worked after disabling those custom fields?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterIt’s probably getting stuck somewhere. What happens if you disable these two custom fields?
Have I designed a website for you in the past?
