KeymasterI just did some testing by disabling certain fields. It looks like the registration works fine. I even tried with just the name and email address. Do you have any other registration/user management plugin that could cause this issue?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterThe default options are not custom fields. If you remove them the registration won’t even work.
Shadow Labs
KeymasterWell, This is not how the registration form looks like in our plugin. It should have more fields:

And this is how the settings should appear:

KeymasterThe registration page looks different. Have you made any customisation to it?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, You can edit it in the settings (Affiliates -> Settings -> Affiliate Registration -> Affiliates Homepage Message).

KeymasterHi, Do you have the “Automatically approve a new affiliate” option enabled in the General settings? If so the affiliate should see this message upon form submission:
“Thank you. Your registration is now complete. You can log into the affiliate area and begin promoting.”
You can customise it in the “Messaging” tab (Affiliates -> Settings -> Messaging -> aff_app_submitted_auto_approved).
Do you have a membership/user management plugin installed? Please provide a link to your registration page so I can take a look.

KeymasterWe will need to take a closer look at your site to investigate this issue. Please use the contact form to get in touch:

KeymasterIf you enable PayPal they will only have PayPal on their end. However, with “automatic approval” the plugin needs to set some values by default so the affiliate can quickly login and start promoting your products. In this case, it’s setting check by default because the affiliate didn’t actually configure anything. Once they login they have the option to edit their profile and specify the PayPal email address.

KeymasterPlease contact PayPal to see if that API is enabled on your account.

KeymasterHi, It sounds like a two-tiered commission setup (affiliate1 refers another affiliate2 and gets commission for every sale affiliate2 makes). Unfortunately, this feature is not supported by the plugin at the moment.
Shadow Labs
KeymasterWhat payment options did you select in the settings?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, There is no status in our plugin that says “inoperative”? Are you using the correct plugin?
Can you please provide a screenshot of the menu so I can take a look?

KeymasterHi, Do you have the “MassPay API” enabled in your PayPal account? Have you checked to make sure that your credentials are correct?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, Yes. Your affiliate can select how they wish to get the payment in their affiliate account.
