Hi, can you enable Debug Mode. Then carry out a test yourself. Or wait until there is a transaction on your site. Then check the log files. The log file should show where it is failing. Report back with any findings.

Hi, the affiliate plugin will track all the referrals and give commission accordingly if a referred user pays for a membership.

You can buy the premium version if you need technical support (where one of our support staff will login to your site to troubleshoot an issue related to the affiliates manager plugin). You don’t need to do anything if you have already installed the free version.

The plugin also has free addons and premium addons.

Hi, the unique tracking key is created by the plugin when you add a referral link in your site. Each referral link created by the plugin adds a unique tracking key. The tracking key is used by the plugin to keep an accurate account of all activities on that particular referral link. Another words it keeps track of how many times that link has been clicked on for referral.

I guess if you are a developer you could use the tracking key and add it to other third party software or plugin for tracking or maybe even for analysis like Google Analytics.

Hi, the plugin tracks the sales made in the site where the plugin is installed. If you want to track the sales on the other site, you need to install the plugin in that site as well. If this is what you are trying to achieve.
