ModeratorHi, that sounds a bit odd. Try the following, deactivate the plugin and delete it. Then install a fresh copy of the plugin. Sometimes reinstalling the plugin solves the issue. You will not loose any settings. But if you are worried that you might create a backup of your site before carrying out this action.

ModeratorHi, no you don’t need any other plugin. I just wanted to know if you had an eCommerce or shopping cart plugin installed. But you have confirmed that you don’t have.
Please follow these instructions.
1) Enable debug in the affiliates manager settings.
2) Reset the log file.
3) Do a test affiliate registration.
4) Go back to the settings and check the log file to see if the email was sent by the plugin. If the log file confirms that there was no error when WordPress sent the email, that means email is getting lost somewhere else. Usually this type of issue occurs on servers where there are various restrictions in place (example: number of outgoing emails, type of email address used). You can install the following plugin Easy wp SMTP to bypass these restrictions and send email using a SMTP server. (Solution provided by Shadow Labs)
Let me know how you go.

ModeratorHi, just for testing purposes can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen? If the default theme works then you know it is your theme. If it is your theme, your best option is to contact the theme developers and explain your current issue.
Thank you

ModeratorHi, the affiliate plugin will track all the referrals and give commission accordingly if a referred user pays for a membership. This is done automatically so you don’t have to manage or worry about this.

ModeratorHi, please check the following documentation. It is very simple to set up and integrate between both plugins. It should work for different membership levels as well.
Let me know if you need more help.
Thank you

ModeratorHi, yes those links are suspicious to me. Can you contact your host and asked them to check your website account. Report to them the links you mentioned in your image and explain to your host how this is happening in your site.
