@Robert, Please deactivate, delete and reinstall the plugin.
@damienr, Thanks. Yes, we offer a built-in integration with WooCommerce. Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and make a test purchase we can check the log afterwards.

@stone1234, It seems the plugin is not being able to render the fields correctly. Please deactivate, delete the plugin and reinstall to see if it fixes the issue.
