@anyayurenya, It’s a one-time use security token generated by WordPress to help protect URLs and forms from misuse. Nonces are unique to a user’s session. This prevents certain types of forged attacks from being successful by validating the submit request is done by the current user.
What happens if you disable caching on the registration page?

@urbanthinkmedia, You may not have Siteorigin but are you using a page builder on the affiliate registration page? Do you have the
[AffiliatesRegister]shortcode in the content area of that page?@urbanthinkmedia, This seems to happen when yoast seo and site origin page builder are both active and the affiliate registration page contains the siteorigin shortcode instead of the actual registration page shortcode. Are you using these two plugins?

@chimeck4love, This is not a plugin issue. WordPress is not being able to send the confirmation email from your website using the wp_mail function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_mail/
Do you have a contact form on your website? If so try to send a test email and see what happens. I believe you will encounter the same issue.
Please reach out to your web host and let them know that wp_mail is not working on your website.
