@Ceryni, Textarea is now available as a custom field type. You should also be able to use a longer display name. Please update the plugin and let us know how it goes.

@hathor_sjones, Affiliates manager doesn’t keep track of sold items. Only the unique transaction/order id is recorded. You will need to manually check each order to see what items are in it.
@Lukass, Our core affiliates manager plugin doesn’t include any math captcha. You can temporarily deactivate one plugin at a time to see where it’s coming from.
@sorbas-shoes, It is only possible to reverse the whole commission amount since it is calculated on the total sale amount.
@chrischung221, You can directly update the email address from the Users menu. Once the email address is confirmed by WordPress and updated in the users database, it will be automatically updated in the plugin.
@chrischung221, The reset password email is actually sent by WordPress. Can you please install a SMTP plugin to see if it fixes the issue?
@sorbas-shoes, Our core WooCommerce integration automatically reverses the commission when an order is refunded.

@chrischung221, It can be any page on your site. The “wpam_id” parameter is what tracks the affiliate.
I clicked on your link and the affiliate cookie (wpam_id) was successfully saved into my browser. So the cookie is getting tracked. If I purchase something now affiliate 7 should be rewarded for the sale.
Can you please enable debug and make a test purchase? That way we will know exactly what is happening in the backend.
@chrischung221, Please provide the affiliate link that you used to make the purchase. You can enable debug in the affiliates manager settings to see how the purchased notification is being processed by the plugin.

Without an integration our plugin cannot automatically reward commissions for purchases.
