@CptnOblvs, You can customize it in the settings (Affiliates > Settings > Messaging).
@shadowlabs, How did they get the capability? Did they actually sign up for an affiliate account (an existing user can also sign up for an affiliate account) or the capability was added manually?
@ianarman, The capability is only added to a newly registered affiliate (with no existing WordPress user account). The plugin will continue to work even if it’s not set for certain users.
@mjke30, Do you have any caching plugin on the site? If there is no error the updated value should be saved into the database.
@mjke30, If you change the commission rate/amount in the settings it will only apply to newly registered affiliates (not the existing ones). If you need to you adjust the commission rate/amount of an existing affiliate you can do so by editing their profile.

@cabunk, The tracking ID will change because the database will generate a new unique ID for it. The only way is to edit it directly in the database.

@afstandardlegal-com, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and try signing up for a test account so we can check the log afterward.
@afstandardlegal-com, Unfortunately there is no option to track three separate accounts under one.
