Keymaster@zidani, The affiliate homepage shows the dashboard when you are logged in as an affiliate.

Keymaster@Jubaer96, Affiliates Manager is compatible with the latest version of WordPress: https://wordpress.org/plugins/affiliates-manager/
Have you made any customization to the plugin or the registration form that may cause this issue?

Keymaster@pdishman, Do you mean the message that is being displayed? An affiliate has the same capabilities that WordPress assigns to a “Subscriber”. There is not much they can do other than looking at their profile. You can simply sign up for a test affiliate account and check it.

Keymaster@danieleserra, Thanks. As you can see affiliates manager doesn’t reward a commission twice for the same transaction id (1500). I’m not sure how the commission was recorded twice before you enabled debug (there could be a glitch on the server where the same notification was received twice simultaneously).
Shadow Labs
Keymaster@danieleserra, Which integration option are you using?
Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? With debug enabled we could see what really happened in the backend.

Keymaster@ikmalhazrul, We have replied to your email since it’s related to this topic.

KeymasterHi, The download link is automatically sent via email after the purchase is completed. So I’m not sure why the email didn’t get delivered. I have manually sent the download link to your registered email address (the email that you used to purchase the product).

Keymaster@TheFlyingScot, Which integration option are you using?
Shadow Labs
Keymaster@danieleserra, Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.

Keymaster@opryszek19, The cookie got tracked when I clicked on that link. That means the tracking data should be present in the order if I purchase a product now.
Did you make the test purchase after clicking on that link? If so can you please check in your browser to make sure that the cookie got tracked properly. In Google Chrome you can check it using this method:
1. Right Click and select “Inspect”.
2. Once the “Developer tools” toolbar is open click on the “Application” tab and find the “Cookies” menu under “Storage”.
3. Select your site and find a cookie named “wpam_id”.If you are not using Chrome simply find the Developer tools and the menu that shows all the cookies. It’s available in all the major browsers.

Keymaster@bharatwajts, Please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings and make a test affiliate purchase so we can check the log file afterward.

Keymaster1) After tax.
2) Only one commission is rewarded to the affiliate.Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, We have support for PayPal payouts: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/paypal-payouts-setup/
Shadow Labs
Keymaster@bharatwajts, It’s really up to you which e-commerce plugin you want to use for processing payments.
They both have the same functionality at the moment. We just have a paid version for users who need priority support (where we need to login to their site to troubleshoot an issue related to the plugin).
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, Regarding your questions:
1) It depends on the integration. Which one are you using?
2) We only have one option for rewarding a commission via a coupon code: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/tracking-affiliate-commission-using-woocommerce-coupons-or-discount-codes/
Are you referring to this addon?
3) The plugin tries to reward a commission on the sale amount (the amount excluding shipping, tax, fees and discount). However, it depends on what amount the e-commerce plugin is sending to our plugin.
4) The plugin doesn’t take the currency into account. It’s only for display purpose.
