KeymasterThat will require some advanced customization. First, you need to see if the user is logged into the site (and an affiliate). Then, you need to run some advanced query to get those data from the affiliates manager database tables.

KeymasterPlease use the contact form with your PayPal Email Address (the one that you used to purchase) and Transaction ID so we can process the refund for you.

KeymasterHi, Please enable debug in the affiliates manager settings and do a test signup. The log file will tell you whether or not an email was sent without any error.

KeymasterHi, Please provide a link to these pages so I can take a closer look:
1) Store Affiliates
2) Affiliate Login
3) Affiliate RegisterAre you using any e-commerce/membership plugin? Some plugins like WooCommerce, S2Member can modify the default WordPress login:

KeymasterHi, The HTML code of the page got broken for some reason. Can you please do a theme test by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty 16 or 15)?

KeymasterThanks. The plugin doesn’t actually define any CSS for the link texts. It comes from your theme. It looks like there is a CSS issue in the terms and conditions popup as well. Can you please test it on a default WordPress theme (example: Twenty 16, 15 or 14)?

Keymaster@gordon01, Please provide links to your registration and Store affiliates pages so I can take a look. You can actually customize the message in the plugin settings – Affiliates -> Settings -> Affiliate Registration -> Affiliate Homepage Message.

Keymaster@regina, Paid memberships Pro has nothing to do with Affiliate registration. Three pages are automatically created by the plugin during installation – Store Affiliates, Registration and Affiliate login. Do you have these pages on your site?
