KeymasterHi, Please do the following:
1) Enable debug in the Affiliates Manager settings.
2) Reset the debug file
3) Click on an affiliate link and do a test transaction
4) Make sure that the WooCommerce order is in a “completed” or “processing” state (otherwise the commission will not be awarded to the affiliate).I will then be able to check the log file and investigate the issue.

Keymaster@copasmenstruales, We have updated the pot file in the Affiliates Manager plugin. You should now able to update the Spanish translation files and submit to us. We will include it in the next plugin release.

KeymasterHi, Which e-commerce plugin are you using to sell products?

Keymaster@bernard77176, The addon is live now.
Award Bonus Commission for Referring an Affiliate to Your Site

KeymasterHi, Did you login from the affiliates manager login page? If so it should redirect you to the affiliates home page (affiliate dashboard). I believe Paid Memberships Pro is applying some sort of force redirection upon login. Do you experience the same issue if you keep Paid Memberships Pro deactivated?

KeymasterHi, Can you please send us an email using contact form? This is the latest version of our plugin:
Your version number seems a little weird. So we may need to login to your site and verify that it is our plugin.

KeymasterHi, Unfortunately there is no option to reset affiliate statistics at the moment.
Shadow Labs
KeymasterDo you have a test account that I can use to test it? Its a little hard for me to follow the steps since language is different.
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, Which version of the plugin are you using?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterThanks. So how do I go the checkout page? I can add a product to the cart but when I click on the checkout button it prompts me to login. Do I also need to be logged in to purchase?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, So It doesn’t happen all the time? That sounds like a caching issue. Unfortunately the login functionality is not controlled by the plugin, WordPress takes care of it (even the login form comes from WordPress). So We can’t really add any tweaks to the plugin to fix this issue.

KeymasterThanks. It seems the action hook is getting triggered. But affiliates manager didn’t award commission because it couldn’t find any affiliate specific information in the WooCommerce order data (That means it’s not an affiliate sale).
I would like to submit a test WooCommerce order on your site. Do you have an affiliate link that I can use?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, So you want to capture users sent by affiliates and then reward the affiliates afterwards for referring those users? Unfortunately we don’t have any lead capturing option in the plugin.

KeymasterHi, There is no automatic way to do this at the moment. However, logged-in users will be able to sign up for an affiliate account (with the same email address) on the registration page.
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, We don’t have any integration with that plugin. Do they have a documentation page that we can take a look at?
