KeymasterThat doesn’t sound right. When you click on a test affiliate link, does it get tracked in the plugin? Have you installed and activated this integration addon?
Shadow Labs
Keymaster@gamingtips, The plugin doesn’t require the “affiliate” role on an affiliate in order to function properly. It’s just for display purpose so an administrator can quickly identify the affiliates from the Users menu. However, forcing it to apply a role to an existing account might cause issues with other e-commerce/membership plugins that rely on it.

Keymaster@DHendrick, This value comes from the wp-options table (retrieved with this query: get_option(‘blogname’)) and is saved in the general settings of your site (Settings > General > Site Title). Is that field empty on your site?
You are getting a different message because you signed up for an affiliate account while logged-in as a WordPress user. When you already have a WordPress account the plugin can’t create a new one (it simply links it to the affiliate account).

Keymaster@Dreamania, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? Did you create this button in the payments menu of the Simple membership plugin?
Shadow Labs
KeymasterHi, Which integration option are you using?

KeymasterHi, Please provide a link to your registration page so I can take a look. Have you made any modifications to the registration form?
Shadow Labs
Keymaster@mymichael2, Can you please make sure that the terms and conditions page URL displayed in the settings actually exists on your site?

Keymaster@gamingtips, The affiliate will get a commission for any future purchase as long as the cookie is valid:

KeymasterHi, We have replied to the email that you sent us regarding this issue.

KeymasterHi, Did you copy and paste the full HTML code from one of your creatives or did you just copy and paste the value shown in this field – Your Affiliate Link Using Affiliate ID?
Shadow Labs
Keymaster@gamingtips, We have built-in integration with WooCommerce. So the only way to turn it off would be to remove the integration code from the core plugin. We can do this manually for the version installed on your site. The only problem is that you won’t be able to update. As soon as you update or install a fresh copy of the plugin all these changes will be lost.
