Hi, Regarding your questions,
1. Most of our subscription integration options work with recurring payments as well. So the affiliate can still get commission when a rebill occurs.
1b. We don’t have direct integration with PayPal. You will have to use a plugin that supports PayPal.
2. There is no option for the use to enter a name or ID in the registration form field. However, the registration form can be customized to add/remove fields.
We have an addon that will award a referral commission to a referring affiliate.

We also have an addon for WooCommerce where the commission will be awarded to an affiliate if a specific coupon code is used.

3. Unfortunately It’s not possible to track an affiliate with a name.

It will calculate C (ignoring A and B that come with it). But a customer can also add A or B to the cart separately (even though there is no reason). In that case the addon will have to calculate the revenue amount specified in A or B + C. I’m just trying to cover that scenario.
We can make it so the addon doesn’t calculate the revenue amount for individual item when bundled. However, if an item (which is part of the bundle) is added to the cart separately the revenue sharing option will apply to it.
Lets say there are three products A, B and C. C is a bundled product that contains A and B. Revenue sharing option is enabled on all three of these products.
When Product C is added to the cart,
1) It calculates the revenue amount specified in C and ignores A and B.
When Product C and A are added to the cart,
1) It calculates the revenue amount specified in C.
2) It calculates the revenue amount specified in A.Will this setup work for you?
