Hi, deleting database tables and reinstalling the plugin won’t fix this issue. Do you have the correct URL of each page saved in the settings (Affiliates > Settings > Pages/Forms)? Is there a redirection set for any of these pages (you can load each page in your browser to check it)? Please make sure that all the pages have the correct shortcode in it:
@sara-agency, Thanks. That’s why it’s not working. A fixed amount per sale means a commission (example: $5.00) will always be rewarded regardless of the sale amount.
@sara-agency, What Bounty Type is selected in your General settings (Affiliates > Settings > General)?
Is it possible to delay commission until after the free trial? So the commission would be granted on the 2nd order (since the first order is $0.00).
If the Bounty Type is set as Percentage of Sales and the sale amount is $0.00, a commission of $0.00 will be recorded in the system (There is an option in the General settings that you can enable so it doesn’t get registered).

@dan5770, What I’m saying is that the addon doesn’t disable commission tracking via affiliate links. It will continue to work normally.
I specifically need BOTH the referring affiliate to be awarded a commission AND the partner to receive their commission for products that sell.
That’s how it works at the moment.
@mal129, Have you done a theme test by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme? You may need to contact your web host to see if there is something on the server that is conflicting with PHP’s setcookie function.
@Designer1, A success message does not mean that the user received the email successfully. It just means that WordPress was able to send an email without any errors.
Usually this type of issue occurs on shared hosting where the web host sets up restrictions on outgoing emails. Try using a SMTP plugin and see how it goes.
We signed up for an affiliate account on the site. The registration went through and the confirmation email was sent to the affiliate.
@glmx, We already have a PayPal email field that appears in the affiliate profile page.
@sheild, If the user already had an account on the site, they are asked to log in with their existing account. You can customize this message using this method:

@mal129, Thanks. It looks like the cookie is not getting set. I loaded the page multiple times no affiliate cookie was set for ID 1. Do you have any plugin that could prevent affiliates manager from saving cookies?
@anyayurenya, That’s a screenshot of the affiliate login page. The dashboard appears in the affiliate homepage when logged in.
@glmx, An affiliate will be able to specify the PayPal email address in their dashboard after the registration is completed.
